2026 Road Project Schedule

 

The project is scheduled to start on Monday, February 16 with curbing and island repairs to be completed first. The concrete company (Big Cats Concrete) will start at the entrance to the neighborhood and then progress in a clockwise manner, with completion estimated to take 4 weeks. The concrete work will have direct impacts on some owners, including the inability to use driveways for 24-48 hours. Although every effort will be made to minimize damage, impacts may also occur to irrigation systems adjacent to curb repair areas. It is asked that owners locate and mark sprinkler heads adjacent to curbs painted for repair (pink paint), run their systems to verify status once repairs are completed, and notify the HOA of any damage within 30 days.

Pavement work is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 16 (Kudzue Paving). Repaving is expected to take 1-2 weeks. The impacts from the paving will be more broad, but should also be less restrictive for accessing driveways. Please be patient and follow traffic control directions. Work on the pavers at the entrance will be the final phase of the project, beginning around April 1. Completion is expected to take 1-2 weeks. The goal is to be completely finished by Easter weekend. For your awareness of vendors that will be onsite, the construction work will be supervised and coordinated by our engineering consultant, 1st Choice Engineering.

While every effort will be made to directly notify owners of major impacts to their property, this page has also been created to post updates about the project. Our goal is to update this page daily (when new information is available) for owner review. A tentative schedule noting which addresses will be affected and when has been created and will be updated as work is completed. Addresses are referenced by street number and the first 3 letters of your street. The schedule is organized by date, but can be quickly searched by using the find function (CTRL+F) available on most computers. Again, every effort will be made to make a personalized notice.
